On April 20, 1925, Harold G. Veeder purchased 187 acres of land that was to become Hampton Manor.  The history of Hampton Manor will be the second part of a two-part presentation.  The first part will be on an illegal execution at the Greenbush Cantonment, located near the area that was to become Hampton Manor, during the War of 1812.
