Horrible, ear-piercing notification sound that CANNOT be overridden by Android. No matter how many times I change the notification sound, this app ignores my choice and uses their own. Beyond that, it almost doesn't matter how well the app works out doesn't. It's infuriating. FIX THIS, PLEASE. UPDATE: The developer says that they have not fixed the notification sound problem. Fingers crossed... Added 1 star for now... TBC

App won't load past "loading institutions." We are on a road trip and now won't be able to visit the zoo we had planned.

Just doesn't work. Can't search for membership with phone and name or with membership number. When I put in phone# and last name a list of names shows with no way of scrolling, another error says membership number must not be blank. When I searched with membership number it's just spins and nothing happens.

We are sorry you had trouble downloading the card. We offer your institution to send members a link to get the card directly downloaded to google wallet without the need to download the eMembership card app. App has also been updated since. Let us know if you face an issue.
