COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Downtown Development Authority is seeking businesses for its application to the Michigan Economic Development Corporation “Match on Main” grant program.
Economic Development Assistant Audrey Tappenden says once a pool of downtown business applicants has been received and scored, top scorers will be included in the D.D.A.’s application for funding from the M.E.D.C..
Business applications are due no later than 5:00 p.m. this Sunday, May 24.
A maximum of $50,000 may be requested and approved for any given community. Grants to individual businesses must be between $2,000 and $10,000.
Match on Main requires applicants to be for-profit businesses with no more than 25 employees.
