We are a team of trained professionals armed with three EPA approved, all-natural, anti-microbial cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting solutions.
Based in Orange County -- we service all of Southern California.
Our parent firm has been serving the needs of local real estate professionals for over 20 years.

Penetrating Disinfectant
Using an EPA approved, all-natural, anti-microbial cleaning, sanitizing & disinfecting solution; air pressurized electrostatic, micro-misting spray system, the patented delivery technology allows for complete coverage. Solutions pass through an electrode where liquid becomes magnetized to surfaces. Our system penetrates into hidden areas, between furniture & fixtures to ensure excellent results. No system can reasonably eliminate all microscopic contamination but using the GermShield powered approach achieves reliable peace of mind,

Pricing above is an estimate only. House cleaning is not included. Visible soils are not cleaned. Not all hard surfaces are wiped, typical high-touch areas are manually disinfected (such as door knobs). Home must be basically clean and presentable prior to disinfecting service. Some spaces may be more. Prices are based on a vacant, residential space with average amount of variables such as cubic feet, ceiling heights, furnishings, hard and soft surfaces, high-touch points and more. All services are subject to resource availability. DecontaminateHome reserves the right to refuse or restrict services to anyone. Homes which have had a recent (within 72 hours) known, active infection present may carry a $ 200 surcharge for additional PPE requirements. Bookings are made through DecontaminateHome, and powered by GermShield. All services rendered subject to the terms and conditions of both DecontaminateHome and GermShield.
