NAMI Central Virginia is pleased to announce that a new NAMI Connection Support Group will begin in May for Young Adults (ages 18-30) experiencing mental health challenges! The first meeting will be on Thursday, May 7th from 8:30 - 10:00 P.M. This Connection Support Group will be hosted on Zoom, and is led by two young adults with lived experience.
